Educational Qualifications
- Executive Director – Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with a PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
- Minimum 32 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing/engineering industries, preferably in pulp and paper industries.
- General Manager – Finance:
- CA/CMA qualification with 29 years of post-qualification experience.
- Management Trainee – HR:
- Full-time Engineering/Arts/Science degree and a 1st Class Master’s degree in HR-related fields such as MA (Social Work), MSW, or MBA (HR).
- Freshers are eligible.
- Management Trainee – Plantation:
- Full-time B.Sc. in Agriculture, Forestry, or Horticulture with specific marks criteria for different communities.

- Executive Director – Operations: Maximum 57 years.
- General Manager – Finance:
